Ordering by Phone
Before you phone us, please fill out an order form or make a list of catalog numbers, descriptions, quantities and prices of the items you wish to order. Have your credit card handy. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Money Orders or checks. There is no surcharge added for credit card orders. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping & Handling
Most items are in stock, ready to be shipped to you within two or three days. We usually ship FedEx or UPS. If you would like to have your order shipped Next Day Air or Second Day Air, call us for a quote. All prices are F.O.B. Garden Grove, California unless otherwise stated and the freight and handling charges can be confirmed at time of your order. All orders are processed upon receipt. However, actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of items and credit card or check verification. Most orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to reach you by phone, fax or E-mail. If the delay is due to a backorder, you will be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute another item, or cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order and you prepaid by check or money order, we will be happy to send you a refund, or credit your credit card within 10-14 days.
Shipping Damage and/or Shortage
In the event of a shortage of material or damage to material, the receiving party must note any damage/shortage on the carrier's delivery receipt and promptly file a damage claim. All claims for damage must be made at the receiving end. Then contact PRV Parts, LLC customer service department for further instructions. Under no circumstance is a delivery to be refused by the receiving party due to possible freight damage. In the event that PRV Parts, LLC receives a refused shipment, the receiving party will be invoiced for the total freight charges.
TurboKOOL Limited Warranty
TurboKOOL evaporative coolers are warranted to be free from defect in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of their original retail purchase. If any part of the TurboKOOL unit fails to conform to this warranty, we will replace or repair it using new or refurbished parts. To obtain warranty service in the United States, you must return the defective part within the warranty period together with the original or a machine reproduction of a dated Proof-of-Purchase document identifying the TurboKOOL unit along with the unit’s serial number and a Return Authorization to PRV Parts, LLC, PRV Parts, LLC, 10662 Stanford Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92840. To obtain a Return Authorization, call 714-795-2424. This warranty does not cover defects, malfunctions, or failures resulting from shipping or transit accidents, abuse, misuse, operation contrary to furnished instructions, operation on incorrect power supplies, operation with faulty associated equipment, modification, alteration, improper servicing, tampering, normal wear and tear or TurboKOOL units on which the serial number has been removed or defaced.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT-ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF TIME SET FORTH ABOVE. OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING OUR NEGLIGENCE, ALLEGED DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE GOODS, WHETHER SUCH DEFECTS ARE DISCOVERABLE OR LATENT, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE TURBOKOOL UNIT. WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF USE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This is the only warranty applicable: no one is authorized to extend or modify it or to grant any other warranty.
If you are not satisfied with your TurboKOOL purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days. Before you return any product to PRV Parts, LLC, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from the customer service department. All returns are subject to approval. Returns are subject to a restocking fee based on the condition of goods and their packaging material. All normally stocked products that are returned un-used and were not shipped in error are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom or Special Order products may have a higher restocking fee. The return of Custom or Special Order items is subject to approval. The return of any defective item for warranty must be within the warranty period together with the original or a machine reproduction of a dated proof-of-purchase document identifying the TurboKOOL unit. No return for warranty will be processed without proof of purchase. PRV Parts, LLC reserves the right to bill the customer for costs associated with handling and testing returned units found to be in good working order. All returns must be sent freight-prepaid and insured. Returned merchandise will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Bachman Enterprises, Inc.
Return Authorization (RA) Number
For a return Authorization number, contact the PRV Parts, LLC customer service department at 714-795-2424. All returns require an authorization number. Please note that receiving an RA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to final inspection. Bachman Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to deny a return at any time. All items returned for refund or exchange must be in original factory condition including all packing material, inserts and manuals. You will be charged for replacement of damaged, altered or missing hardware, accessories and manuals.
Instructions for Packaging Returns
Please pack the product into a shipping box (the original is preferred) with adequate packing material and tape securely. Write the RA number issued by PRV Parts, LLC customer service clearly and in bold print, on the outside of the shipping carton.
- Any merchandise returned without a Return Authorization number will be refused.
- All packages returned must be shipped freight prepaid.
- We recommend UPS or FedEx Ground Service and "insured."
- Any package arriving at BEI freight collect will be refused.
- Goods will not be accepted for exchange or refund without Return Authorization.
All orders shipped outside of the U.S. must be prepaid in U.S. funds before shipping. Please write us for a quote on foreign shipping costs.
We are required to charge sales tax on all sales shipped to a California address.
